Let’s not repeat that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that you can skip any other than that. And yet most of us do just that.

BLT * with egg


4 slices of bacon
1 tsp butter
2 slices of white bread with sour dough
1 egg
1/2 tsp mayonnaise
tomato slices
1 sheet of iceberg without his nerve


Fry the bacon over medium-high heat (put it in the pan when it is cold). Fry it until it reaches the crunchy level we want. Take it out and dry it on kitchen paper.
Dip a glass of legless wine into one slice of bread (if we insist on sourdough bread because the delicacy of that bread plays a decisive role in the success of a sandwich) and remove that portion. Fry the two slices of butter over medium-low heat for 2 minutes and then turn them over. Break the egg into the egg and fry for 5 minutes until the egg white (the yolk retains some moisture). Using a small glass, cut a hole in the center of one piece of bread. Remove both slices.
Whisk together the whole slice of bread with mayonnaise, slice the tomato slices, iceberg and bacon. Place the second slice of egg on top and cut the sandwich diagonally into two.

Sweet French Toast


2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon grated
2 slices of brioche
1 tsp butter
50 g cream cheese (at ambient temperature)

a handful of sliced ​​strawberries


In a bowl beat the eggs with milk and cinnamon. Dip the two slices of brioche in the mixture and soak them well. Put the butter in a frying pan to melt over medium to low heat. Fry the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.
In another pan mix well cheese, sugar and jam. Blend one slice of brioche with the mixture and sprinkle a layer of sliced ​​strawberries on top. Cover with the second slice of brioche. Squeeze lightly to bind the sandwich, with a sharp knife cut it diagonally in two and cover with a little icing. Decorate with a few slices of strawberry.

Spread on a slice of bread with cheese, sausage, sun-dried tomatoes and tomato washes. Add the arugula, salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Cover with another slice of bread and squeeze lightly with the palm.
